IT Support Specialist
As an IT Support Specialist at KGH Digital you will be part of the IT ServiceDesk team, providing a single point of contact for many of our systems, supporting both internal and external customers. Within this role you will have a dedicated focus of the OCR/Intelligent Data Capture technology which is part of our own developed SaaS solution - Customs Trade Digital Solutions. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting both applications and equipment to ensure an optimal working environment. You will also troubleshoot technical issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required, in-person and remote.
Overall work responsibilities is regarding First- and Second line support of our customers, with specialization in OCR/Intelligent Data Capture.

This role is full time and based in Strömstad - Halden. The position can be adjusted somewhat based on KGH's needs and the applicant's competence.
Qualifications:
We expect you to have experience working with OCR and/or Intelligent Data Capture (structuring/converting captured data into XSL/XML).
The ideal candidate has experience from a similar role, or similar work as a customer consultant.
Good oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian / Swedish and English. Other language skills are also a plus.
In addition, experience of working with SQL, XSL and XML as well as Regular expressions will be a great benefit.
