IT System technician/responsible

We are a small team based in central Oslo with a great cohesion and collaboration within the team and department. 

As part of the KGH Digital organisation and the expanding client base and internal use of our own designed digital platform this role plays an important part of the digitization of processes and will be dedicated to help implement and develop our intelligent data capture solution. This allows you to be part of the journey of automation and digitization in the world of international trade whilst working in a flat matrix organisation where decisions routs are fast.

Job Overview

We are looking for an IT system resource for our Oslo office to help implement and develop our intelligent data capture solution to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

The job consists of duties like system implementation, project management, integration and system development, and system maintenance.

 

Your responsibilities will be:

  • - Running projects (internal/External)
    • Implementation projects in whole of Europe.
  • - Integration development
    • Develop new integrations between IDC system and corresponding systems.
  • - Making sure the IDC solution is working as it should.
  • - Develop new ideas/solutions for IDC.
  • - Travel to customer sites for project management.

 

Qualifications

Technical:

  • - General good IT technical competence.
  • - Microsoft Platform generic experience and knowledge.
  • - SQL Knowledge
  • - XML/XSL/XSD
  • - .Net experience is appreciated but not necessary.
  • - Regular Expressions is appreciated but not necessary.

 Experience:

  • - Prior IT work experience is appreciated.
  • - Good English and Norwegian knowledge (spoken and written).

  • - You have good communication and collaboration skills
  • - You are flexible
  • - You are creative and good at finding innovative solutions
  • - You are structured
  • - You have the ability to communicate technical requirements to affiliates

This role is based full time in Oslo but may require occasional travels within Europe.
