The Role

The HR Team at KGH is working closely with Maersk HR to establish aligned processes, strategies and operational models. This has resulted in the need for establishing a new role, HR Operations Manager, to drive and support the KGH HR Network (HRBP’s) in tools and processes related to HR Systems, HR data management, HR policies, and HR administration. This will be mainly delivered in coordination with Area HRBPs and KGH Head of HR.

This position will be reporting directly to KGH Head of HR with the HQ office located in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Key responsibilities:

  • Train and assist HRBPs, managers and employees in navigating the Maersk HR systems such as SAP, MyHR.
  • Liaise with European HR OPS in the planning and roll-out and implementation of selected systems and processes.
  • Review, and when required, approve local change requests
  • Single point of contact for needed reporting / Audits in the Area.
  • Headcount tracking and reporting
  • Other day to day transactional activities.
  • Provide Management with analysis and reports
  • Educate leaders in KGH countries on HR Operating Model.
  • Supporting HR of the Future project team and other projects at Area/regional level.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced, solutions driven HR Professional with an open-minded attitude. You will have a proven track record of building relations with stakeholders and delivering excellent results in a cross-functional collaborative environment.

You have experience from working in an international company and from driving HR implementation projects across the organisation as well as maintaining, developing and supporting the HR operational processes.

To be successful in this role you will need to be self-driven and with excellent communication skills, both when it comes to produce presentations/documents as well as to conduct seminars and trainings.

Qualifications

  • Higher education within HR Management, Organisational Change, Project Management or similar transferrable skillset.
  • Experience of independently driving projects in an international organisation
  • Experience of day to day HR processes (i.e. salary reviews, recruitment, comp & ben)
  • Excellent knowledge of HR systems (SAP is highly desirable).
  • Outstanding communication skills in both Swedish and English
