KGH Customs Services Business Unit Digital is growing and we are therefore looking for consultants/ project leaders with a passion for creating business value for our customers. If you are a driven consultant with experience from project management and B2B integrations that is stimulated by working in an exciting industry in the middle of the digitalization journey and value to work for a medium sized organization where your contribution makes a difference this is the role for you.
The Customer Implementations team now need to expand to be able to meet the demand for our services.

The Solution Implementation Consultant will report to the Customer Implementations Manager and be a member of a small team dedicated to planning, designing and implementing the KGH solutions and educating the customers in how to use them. You will be part of a team that are experts in B2B integrations within the customs area that looks after each other and helps each other to ensure the delivery to the customers.
Other competencies within the team are customs data management, integration platform, architecture, project management, application development among others.
The role will drive implementation projects within the Digital business unit ensuring that the business values are realized for the customers and thereby enabling the digital services of KGH. The relationship with customers, professionalism, communication skills, knowledge and experience of integrations are key aspects of this role. The Solution Implementation Consultant is collaborating closely with the development teams, the sales force and the support team and is the key role to expand the Digital business unit by delivering the solutions to the customers.
You will have three main duties, Project Management, Business Process Analysis/Design and System Design/Configuration, always with customer focus.
Project Management:
Responsible for planning, communicating, delivering value to the customer
Managing tests, produce documentation and balancing time, budget and quality
Business Process Analysis and Design (Logistics)
You will be analyzing the business processes and design the most suitable solution together with experts within the team.
System Design and Configuration
You will be designing and configuring the digital systems and B2B integrations for the customer and ensure that tests are completed and the solution is quality assured.
