Global Consulting within KGH addresses the demand of investigation, strategic direction, and compliant customs advisory of trading companies. Working with us, you will support clients across the globe, and help them optimize customs processes from four perspectives:

Compliance, Cost, Competence and Control (4C).

KGH has +60 offices across Europe. For this position, we look primarilly for candidates that can be based in Gothenburg, Strömstad or Stockholm, in Sweden.

Key responsibilities

In this position, you take the front seat of our larger and most interesting projects. You guide colleagues making effective analyses of clients’ situations, while finding ways to easily explain and present recommendations.

You will be responsible to take on unknown situations with confidence. You succeed by creating trust for clients and colleagues through clear communication.

You foster analytical skills, learnability, critical thinking, client and solution orientation, adherence to core values, knowledge transfer, and a positive attitude aspirating the joy and passion of progression.

We are looking for

We are seeking a trade and customs compliance professional with a capability preferably from several years of experience.

We believe you have a solid background as a Customs Manager, Customs Consultant or Customs Auditor. You have a broad customs knowledge, but also an expert’s edge in one or several fields.

You have a strong track record of higher education in e.g. finance, law, logistics or even engineering. Project management skills gathered from training and experience is desired.

A great deal of your communication will be in English, which you handle confidently, both written and spoken. Professional communication skills in additional languages, e.g. French, Dutch, German, Russian, Chinese, gives you additional opportunities.
