Key responsibilities

As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you will be part of the Customer Implementation team within the Digital Business unit. You will be collaborating closely with the project managers, the development teams and the support team. Together you will work to expand the Digital business unit by delivering the solutions for our customers. You will primarily work with configuration of our software solutions to meet the requirements and fulfill our customers business demands.

You will be analyzing the requirements and the data available from our customers. Tests are important in order for us to ensure the quality of our solutions, therefore you will be collaborating with both customers and other internal functions in test sessions. Problem solving and creativity together with a process perspective is needed to set up optimal solutions; everything we do is customer-focused!

We look beyond your resume, but we think that you have:

  • An understanding for business logical processes and an ability to translate requirements into a working system solution
  • A service mindset and experience from nurturing client relations
  • Ability to communicate fluenty in English


We consider it a plus if you have:

  • Academic education within IT or relevant field
  • Experience from working with B2B integrations
  • Experience from testing
  • Knowledge of XML and JSON
